# Create No-Code Payment Links with Okapay Dashboard

> Generate shareable payment links from the Okapay dashboard. Send them via email, embed them in your site, or share on social — no coding required.

Payment Links let you collect money from customers without writing a single line of integration code. Create a link directly in the Okapay dashboard, share it anywhere you reach your audience, and Okapay takes care of the hosted checkout experience end to end.

## Creating a payment link

**1. Log in to the merchant dashboard**

Navigate to [dashboard.okapay.net](https://dashboard.okapay.net/) and sign in to your account.

**2. Navigate to Payment Links**

In the left-hand sidebar, click **Payment Links** to open the links management screen.

**3. Click New Payment Link**

Select **New Payment Link** in the top-right corner to open the link builder.

**4. Configure your link**

Fill in the payment details:

* **Amount** — fixed charge or let the customer enter their own amount
* **Currency** — choose from 135+ supported currencies
* **Description / Product name** — shown to the customer at checkout
* **Success URL** — where to redirect the customer after a successful payment
* **Failure URL** — where to redirect on a failed or cancelled payment
* **Expiry date** — optionally set a date after which the link stops accepting payments

**5. Copy and share the link**

Click **Generate Link**. Copy the URL that appears — it is live and ready to share immediately.

## What you can customize

Every Payment Link supports the following configuration options:

* **Fixed or variable amount** — charge a set price or let the payer enter any amount
* **Currency** — any of the 135+ currencies supported by Okapay
* **Description or product name** — displayed prominently on the checkout page
* **Success and failure redirect URLs** — control where the customer lands after checkout
* **Link expiry date** — automatically deactivate the link after a specific date
* **Optional product attachment** — link a product from your Okapay product catalogue

## Sharing your link

Once generated, you can distribute your Payment Link through any channel:

* **Email** — paste the link directly into a message or invoice email
* **SMS** — send a short payment request to a customer's phone
* **Embed as a button** — wrap the link in an anchor tag on any HTML page
* **Social media** — share on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram bio, or any platform
* **QR code** — generate a QR code from the link for print materials, invoices, or events

## Tracking payments

Every Payment Link has its own analytics view inside the dashboard. Select any link to see:

* **Views** — total times the checkout page was opened
* **Conversions** — number of successful payments
* **Total collected** — gross revenue attributed to this link
* **Individual transactions** — each payment with its timestamp, amount, and status

> [!NOTE]
>
> Payment Links use the same hosted checkout as the API integration. Every payment method supported by Okapay — including cards, digital wallets, cryptocurrencies, PIX, and Klarna BNPL — is available to your customers through a Payment Link.
